Rules for using NLP Touch

By using NLP Touch, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

• For personal, non-commercial use
• Do not hack or damage the app
• Do not submit illegal content
• Comply with applicable laws

2. AI Disclaimer

• App uses AI for responses
• NOT medical or psychological advice
• Responses may be inaccurate
• NOT a substitute for professional help

3. User Content

• You own your messages
• You permit processing for the service
• We do not sell content for ads

4. Payments

4.1 One-time credit packs

• In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Credit packs are non-refundable except where required by Apple's policy
• Prices may change; the current price is always shown in the app before purchase

4.2 Subscriptions

• The subscription length and price are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings
• Unused subscription allowance does not carry over to the next period. If you cancel, access remains until the end of the period you paid for
• There is no free trial. Every user receives 5 free messages per day, with or without a subscription

5. Termination

• We may suspend for violations
• We may modify features
• You may delete account anytime

6. Limitation of Liability

• Use at your own risk
• Not responsible for AI-based decisions
• Not liable for external service issues
