NLP Touch is developed by Ramin Sadikhov. This policy explains how we collect and protect your data.
1. Information We Collect

- Voice input for speech recognition

- Optional profile details
- Email for account creation
1.2 Automatically Collected
- Device type and OS version
- App version
- Non-personal usage statistics
- Crash diagnostics
1.3 Third-Party Processing
NLP Touch runs on its own system of prompts and NLP methodology. Some processing is handled by external services:
- OpenAI — generates the text of replies, transcribes voice input and synthesises voice replies. Messages are not stored by the provider and are not used to train models.
- Apple — processes purchases and Sign in with Apple.
- Google Firebase — push notifications and anonymous usage statistics.
- Meta — anonymous app-event statistics. Advertising tracking is disabled.
No human reads your conversations. Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.
2. How We Use Information
- To generate replies in the chat
- To enable voice input and voice replies
- To keep your history and long-term memory so the coach remembers the context
- To fix errors and improve stability
- To process purchases through Apple
3. Data Storage & Security
- Data stored on secure servers
- Strong technical protection
- Voice data deleted after processing
- Industry-standard encryption
4. Data Retention
Data kept only as long as necessary. Request deletion anytime.
5. Incognito mode
In incognito mode the conversation is not saved. The coach does not read or write long-term memory, and the messages are deleted from the server when you leave the mode, close the app, or after 15 minutes of inactivity. Only anonymous counters remain: number of sessions, messages and credits spent. The text of the conversation is not kept anywhere.
